You have to say in the secretary of the school that you come.
1. We stayed at the Escuela Mediterraneo at 9:30 on March 10
2. We are going by bus.
3. At 11:00 we arrive at Masia Can Camps (It is a country house). There they explain to us how organic and proximity farming works.

It is a typical Catalonian food that is celebrated in the months of February and March. They meet friends and/or family and eat calçots (a kind of long sweet onion) with a very good sauce called Romesco. It’s a very digestive meal.
Here’s a video to see what the party and food is all about.
After eating the calçots comes the second course, which is usually meat and then the dessert: Catalan cream, a terrific sweet.
