WHAT IS A CALÇOTADA?

It is a typical Catalonian food that is celebrated in the months of February and March. They meet friends and/or family and eat calçots (a kind of long sweet onion) with a very good sauce called Romesco. It’s a very digestive meal.

Here’s a video to see what the party and food is all about.

After eating the calçots comes the second course, which is usually meat and then the dessert: Catalan cream, a terrific sweet.

WE WAIT FOR YOU!!!!
